Vision
To become a trusted Saudi supplier of chemical fluids for cleaner mobility and sustainable operation.
Customer relationships are built around consistent quality, transparent supply planning and responsive technical support.
Chemical Liquids is a Saudi company focused on the development, manufacture and supply of chemical fluids that support cleaner transport and reliable diesel-engine operation.
Our first priority is AdBlue® produced to AUS 32 and AUS 40 requirements, followed by planned ready-to-use coolant solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. We serve logistics companies, bus operators, commercial fleets, fuel stations, workshops and automotive-fluid distributors.
The company was established to meet Saudi demand for a specialized local supplier of chemical fluids related to emissions reduction and vehicle-system protection. Its leadership combines engineering knowledge, renewable-energy and sustainable-fuels experience, biofuel project management, and practical understanding of SCR and AdBlue® applications.
The facility in Riyadh is being developed with RO and EDI water treatment, blending, multistage filtration and storage systems, and an automated filling line. The plant is designed for production of up to 100 tonnes per day at full operation, subject to operating requirements and the commercial ramp-up plan.
To become a trusted Saudi supplier of chemical fluids for cleaner mobility and sustainable operation.
To provide consistent products and technical service that help customers protect assets and meet emissions requirements.
Transparency in specifications, testing, supply and customer feedback.
Build local capability and scalable products for Saudi Arabia and regional markets.
Water treatment, solution preparation, filtration, storage, and filling and packaging are kept separate. This sequence supports quality control and limits opportunities for contamination.
RO followed by EDI produces high-purity process water.
Raw materials are added using a controlled operating recipe.
Filtration reduces the risk of particles before storage.
Dedicated tanks and compatible wetted materials protect product quality.
Key batch properties are verified and documented before release.
Controlled filling, cap application, packaging and batch coding complete the process.
Our control approach begins with raw materials and water and continues through blending, filtration, storage, filling and packaging. Operating and verification procedures are being developed in line with relevant ISO 22241 requirements, with batch records and key results documented before commercial release.
